Consignment Agreement
Revised May 1, 2004

This agreement replaces all previous agreements.
1. Here We GROW Again operates a Drop and Run service for our consignors. Consignors must include a signed copy of the Drop and Run Agreement with each consignment left at the store.
2. Here We GROW Again limits the number of items brought in for consignment to 20 items per calendar month per family.
3. Here We GROW Again reserves the right to accept or reject incoming articles, or remove any articles from the floor when deemed necessary.
4. Here We GROW Again determines the acceptability of each item and its selling price.
5. If you have chosen to have items that are not accepted for sale returned to you, you will be notified once your items have been priced. Please pick up your returned items within seven days from notification. Items not picked up will be donated to charity.
6. Here We GROW Again will display items for the following periods:
  • Clothing and small toys: up to 60 days
  • Equipment and Large Toys: up to 30 days
7. NEW!  Here We GROW Again will reduce prices for all unsold items with a 60-day consignment period as follows:
  • 25% of the regular selling price after the first 30 days of consignment

Items unsold when the contract expires become the property of Here We GROW Again and will not be returned. Here We GROW Again may sell, donate or otherwise dispose of unsold items at their discretion.
8. Here We GROW Again reserves the right to hold sales and special offers at any time during the calendar year.
9. NEW! Here We GROW Again consignment rates are as follows:

Shoppers pay an item fee on every item in the store, which is not split with the consignor.
10. Consignment accounts are updated on a daily basis. You may purchase from your account anytime, or be paid by cash or cheque. (We need 24 hours notice for cheques in excess of $200.00)

To protect consignors, Here We GROW Again reserves the right to ask for photo ID before paying out an account.
11. We will treat your consignment with great care, as if it were our own, but Here We GROW Again is not NOT LIABLE for LOSS of consigned articles through FIRE, THEFT, VANDALISM, NATURAL DISASTER or in-store DAMAGE.
12. It is your responsibility to remain aware of the status of your account. An itemized account printout is available upon request. 

Accounts left dormant after the 6 months will forfeit all proceeds to Here We GROW Again.
